超深层高压气井可溶筛管清洁完井新工艺研究与应用

摘要:

为应对超深层裂缝型砂岩储层常规完井工艺存在替液不充分、污染井筒等难题,研发了可溶筛管清洁完 井新工艺技术,即在产层段配置可溶筛管﹢丢手短节。可溶筛管在完井替液时当油管使用,可替出射孔段下部的高密度压井液,保证替液的井筒清洁;在储层改造和生产期间,可溶筛管经酸液溶解可溶孔塞后当筛管使用,降低流体流动阻力。后期修井时,丢手短节通过压力剪切销钉,可实现分段打捞,具有降低打捞难度和缩短打捞周期的优势。通过对关键工具可溶筛管和丢手短节的承压、可溶孔塞溶解以及丢手短节销钉剪切的性能开展实验研究,验证了工具的可靠性。通过对常规完井管柱和可溶筛管完井管柱工艺特点对比,基于D304井现场应用发现可溶筛管清洁完井工艺在替液、高压气体流动、泄流面积、日产量等方面具有明显优势,且工艺简单,便于现场操作。该工艺已在库车山前超深层裂缝型砂岩储层高压气井中应用8井次,成功率100%,为同类型井完井工艺的选择提供 重要参考。

Abstract:

n order to cope with the problems of conventional completion technology in ultra-deep fractured sandstone reservoirs, such as insufficient displacement and contamination of wellbore, a new clean completion technology of soluble screen was developed, that is, configuring soluble screens and release sub in the production interval. When replacing fluid in well completion, the soluble screen is used as tubing to substitute high-density killing fluid from the bottom of the perforated section to clean the wellbore. During reservoir reconstruction and production, it is used as screens to provide flow channels after dissolving the soluble plug by acid to reduce the fluid flow resistance. During workover, the release sub can perform segmented fishing by pressure shear pin,which has the advantage of reducing fishing difficulty and fishing time. The reliability of the key tool was verified by pressure test of soluble screen and release sub, dissolution test of soluble plug and the pin shear test of release sub. By comparing the characteristics of conventional completion string and soluble screen completion string, based on the field application of Well D304, it is found that the soluble screen clean completion technology has obvious advantages in fluid displacement, high-pressure gas flow, discharge area, and daily production, etc. The process is simple and convenient for field operation. The technology has been applied in 8 high-pressure gas wells in the ultra-deep fractured sandstone reservoirs in Kuqa Piedmont with a success rate of 100%, providing an important reference for the selection of completion techniques in the same type of wells.
